NEU K33 HR Students Experience Mavin Life

On December 13, 2025, as part of practical learning activities, more than 50 graduate students from Cohort 33 and lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Human Resource Management at the National Economics University (NEU) took part in a real-world field trip to Mavin Group’s facilities in Hung Yen and Ha Nam provinces.

In Hung Yen, the students visited Mavin’s aquaculture feed, pet food, and animal feed processing plants. They learned firsthand about the modern, closed-loop production lines that meet international standards and discussed development strategies, recruitment needs, and human resource management with plant management representatives.

In the afternoon, the group continued to Mavin Foods factory in Dong Van II Industrial Park (Ha Nam), observing production lines and experiencing the clean food processing process based on Mavin’s internal supply chain. They also explored Mavin Foods’ key products such as sausages, dried sausages, and fish balls.

The practical experience left a positive impression on the students and laid the foundation for strengthened cooperation between Mavin Group and NEU. The Faculty representative expressed sincere thanks and highly appreciated Mavin’s thoughtful reception, valuable information, and the opportunity for students to observe real production environments.

This activity helped students connect theory with practice, gain deeper insight into corporate management and large-scale production environments, guide their career orientation, and prepare them for future success.
