To mark the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year, Mavin Group launched the “Supporting Students on Their Journey to School” program, presenting 1,035 gift packages to students facing difficult circumstances in Son La, Hung Yen, Nghe An, Gia Lai and Dong Thap.
Practical Support for the New School Year
The gifts were not provided according to a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, Mavin worked with local authorities and schools to identify and select items based on the students’ actual needs.
In Dong Thap, 200 backpacks were presented to students at My Long Primary School and My Long Secondary School. In Gia Lai, the program provided school uniforms for students at Kim Dong Primary School, sportswear for students at Le Quy Don Secondary School, and 20 bicycles for students facing difficult circumstances in Son Lang Commune.
Meanwhile, in Nghe An, the gifts included books, school supplies and backpacks for students at Hung Son Secondary School, Binh Son Primary School and Hung Son Kindergarten. In Son La, 300 backpacks were presented to students at Muong Bon Primary and Secondary School and Muong Bang Primary and Secondary School.
The program was also implemented in localities near Mavin’s animal feed manufacturing facilities in Hung Yen, Binh Dinh and Dong Thap, with 190 gift packages including backpacks, clothing and other forms of support selected and provided based on the specific needs of each school.
Supporting Communities Where Mavin Operates
“Supporting Students on Their Journey to School” is an annual program implemented by Mavin at the beginning of each new school year, focusing on students facing difficult circumstances in communities connected to the Group’s production and business activities.
Over the years, in addition to this program, Mavin has supported students and schools through various initiatives, including providing scholarships, textbooks, school uniforms, backpacks, health insurance and support for school facilities.
Each gift is selected based on the specific needs of students and schools in each locality. For Mavin, this is a practical way to support communities surrounding its factories, farms and projects, particularly as students prepare for a new school year.
