Hanoi, November 20, 2025 - On the special occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, the Mavin Group organized the “Tri ân Người dẫn lối” ("Honoring the pathfinders") program to honor 72 Internal lecturers from the Feed, Farm, Food, and Vet sectors in the company – those who pass on the knowledge and motivate the ever-learning spirit behind-the-scenes throughout the whole corporation.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of the Mavin Group, extended his congratulations on Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20), and expressed his appreciation for the enduring contributions of the internal teaching staff. "Knowledge is the foundation in human development, and for that, the teaching staff are the driving force behind spreading the culture of learning, improving the team's competency, and helping the Mavin Group achieve breakthroughs in the new phase", Deputy General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan stated.
From Orientation Classes for new employees to programs for improving soft skills, technical expertise, and training for future leaders, the Mavin Group organizes nearly 150 courses each year, with more than 3,500 students and approximately 500 hours of training deployed from offices to factories and farms nationwide. Behind those achievements are the countless hours of lesson preparation, the dedicated teaching sessions, and the endless sharing spirit from internal teachers.
At the ceremony, representing the Mavin Group's Internal lecturers, Mr. Dang Hoang Bien (from Pigfarm) expressed his gratitude to be a companion on the training journey: "Internal lecturers are not only those who pass on the know-how, but also the ones who spread the spirit of work and keep generations of Mavin employees connected".
In the event, Deputy General Director Nguyen Anh Tuan also honored and presented a symbol of gratitude to 36 outstanding lecturers - those who have made remarkable contributions to the training and coaching activities within the Mavin Group.
This event is not only an activity to honor Internal lecturers on the occasion of the Vietnamese Teachers' Day, but also an affirmation of Mavin's commitment: To foster a sustainable learning environment, where everyone has the opportunity to "learning for growth" and contribute to an ever-developing Mavin Group.
