Laboring and Working Condition

Mavin Group is committed and ensures that human rights are respected and promoted in their own business and supply chain. Accordingly, illegal labor practices will be strictly prohibited, for example, illegal child labor, forced labor, abuse and discrimination, sexual harassment, etc. 

Mavin Group will conduct our business activities in compliance with current applicable national and local labor and occupational health and safety (“OHS”) standards and international good practices. In addition, Mavin Group encourages our third Parties’ and Affiliates’ employees are also working under safe conditions and good health care conditions. Mavin Group provides training to employees and on-site third Parties on applicable health and safety laws, regulations and procedures, and to provide the necessary personal protective equipment.;

Mavin Group always appreciates the efforts and contributions of employees for the common development and success of Mavin Group; therefore, all employees of Mavin Group will be proportionably rewarded with such efforts and contributions by salary bonuses, development training and other benefits to encourage them to work hard and effort for the development and common prosperity of Mavin Group. Additionally, a grievance mechanism with principles to ensure confidentiality, anonymity, and non-retribution and non-retaliation as governed by the applicable company procedures will be also launched.
