Mavin Receives Double Recognition in Recruitment Awards for the First Time

On December 26, 2025 – At the announcement and honoring ceremony of sustainable enterprise awards organized by Financial-Investment Newspaper at the Pullman Hotel in Hanoi, Mavin Group was proudly named on two prestigious rankings at the same time: Top 500 Leading Employers in Vietnam 2025 (VBE500) and Top 10 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025 (VBW10) – specifically in the high-tech agriculture industry.

In 2025, for the fourth consecutive year, Viet Research, in collaboration with Financial-Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance), has conducted research and published recruitment awards including VBE500 and VBW10 to recognize companies with outstanding contributions in elevating human resource management standards, developing organizational culture, investing in employee welfare, and creating exceptional employee experiences. These rankings cover key economic sectors, including the high-tech agriculture industry.

Strengthening Employer Reputation and Organizational Value

Being honored in both categories is ample recognition of the Group’s more than 20 years of commitment to sustainable development — focusing on improving HR management standards, nurturing organizational culture, investing in welfare, and enhancing employee experiences.

Not only a pioneer in investing in technology, automation, and digital transformation across the high-tech agricultural value chain, Mavin is also steadfast in building a systematic human resources strategy that emphasizes talent attraction, training, development, and retention — reinforcing its position as a reputable employer in the industry.

People at the Heart of Sustainable Value

At Mavin, under the motto “Proactive – Flexible – Adaptive”, employees are empowered, trained, and developed continuously through internal and international programs, with the support of strategic partner IFC (International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group). HR governance processes approach global standards of transparency, fairness, and social responsibility (ESG).

Simultaneously, Mavin is developing a closed-loop, high-tech agricultural value chain, creating added value for farmers, partners, local communities, and the market.

In its long-term development strategy, Mavin identifies employee happiness and social value as core growth drivers, with the following pillars:

- Application of high-tech automation and digital transformation from factory to farm
- Comprehensive and flexible welfare policies tailored to each stage of development
- A strong culture of solidarity, sharing, and community responsibility is fostered

These two awards in 2025 further affirm Mavin's commitment to building a happy working environment while creating sustainable socio-economic value, contributing to the Government's development of a modern, responsible, and internationally integrated agricultural sector.
