On March 26, 2026, at Mavin Group Headquarters in Hanoi, an intensive training program on recruitment skills and team capability development officially commenced, with the participation of around 50 personnel involved in HR management from member units across the system.
The program aims to enhance professional capacity, standardize recruitment processes, and develop human resources, thereby meeting the sustainable development needs of Mavin Group amid an increasingly competitive and volatile labor market. The course is delivered flexibly through a combination of in-person and online formats, enabling participants from different regions across the country to attend.
At the opening ceremony, a representative of the Group’s Board of Management emphasized that people are always at the core of the long-term development strategy. In the context of the agriculture–food sector undergoing significant transformation, building a high-quality workforce with strong adaptability and a modern mindset is a prerequisite for enhancing Mavin’s competitiveness.
“The program is not only about providing knowledge but also serves as a forum for sharing practical experiences among different units. I expect each participant to learn with a proactive and serious mindset, ready to absorb and apply the knowledge immediately in their work to create tangible improvements in recruitment and human resource development at their respective units,” the representative shared.
Within the framework of the two-day program (March 26–27), the training contents are designed to closely align with Mavin’s operational realities, focusing on three key areas: identifying labor market trends and recruitment challenges in the industry; developing effective recruitment strategies for specialized positions; and enhancing human resource lifecycle management, from recruitment and training to retention and team development.
A key highlight of the program is its practical approach, closely linked to real business situations. Participants not only receive knowledge but also engage in discussions and analyze real-world cases, thereby enhancing their problem-solving capabilities in daily work.
Through this specialized training program on human resources, Mavin Group continues to affirm its commitment to building a professional, cohesive, and continuously learning workforce—an essential factor in realizing its goal of becoming a leading agri-food group that develops sustainably and integrates internationally.
