On March 17, 2026, Mavin Group participated in the Job Fair – Enterprise Connection Day 2026 held at Quy Nhon Technical and Technology College. Within the framework of the program, Mavin implemented a series of meaningful activities, including sponsoring the event, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on educational cooperation with the College, introducing the company and career opportunities to students, and organizing on-site recruitment consulting activities at its booth.
Mavin’s participation not only contributed to the overall success of the event but also demonstrated the Group’s commitment to strengthening the connection between enterprises and educational institutions, thereby expanding students’ access to real-world career opportunities while still in school.
A key highlight of the program was the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Quy Nhon Technical and Technology College and Mavin Group Joint Stock Company. Under the draft agreement, both parties agreed to promote comprehensive cooperation aimed at improving the quality of human resource training in alignment with practical business needs, while creating more internship and employment opportunities for students after graduation. The cooperation focuses on job connection, internship coordination, and training programs tailored to recruitment demands.
In its long-term cooperation orientation, Mavin also prioritizes recruiting and onboarding students from relevant disciplines aligned with its workforce needs, such as Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, Business Administration, and Animal Husbandry – Veterinary Medicine. In addition, both parties aim to enhance collaboration in internship programs, skills development, professional exchange, and participation in career orientation activities, job fairs, opening ceremonies, and graduation events. This serves as an important foundation to bridge academic training with practical production and business operations, while enabling students to gain early exposure to a professional working environment.
On this occasion, Mavin also introduced to students its profile as an integrated agriculture–food enterprise operating under the Feed – Farm – Food value chain, while sharing career opportunities across its member companies. Through the company introduction and recruitment information sessions, students were updated on available positions in livestock farming operations in Binh Dinh, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, and Dak Nong, as well as in the animal feed segment across Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, and Kon Tum. Many positions suitable for fresh graduates and young workers were presented directly at the event.
At the Mavin booth, a large number of students visited to learn more, engage directly with the recruitment team, and participate in interactive activities. The booth focused on career orientation in the agriculture–food sector, CV collection, on-site application support, and showcasing selected products such as Pets Choice pet food and Mavin food products. These activities not only contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of the event but also provided students with practical insights into the working environment, career development opportunities, and corporate culture at Mavin.
Mavin’s participation in the Job Fair – Enterprise Connection Day 2026, along with the signing of the educational cooperation agreement with Quy Nhon Technical and Technology College, reaffirms the Group’s consistent orientation in partnering with educational institutions to develop high-quality human resources for the agriculture–food sector. Through these practical cooperation activities, Mavin aims to further strengthen the bridge between academia and industry, creating more sustainable learning, internship, and employment opportunities for the younger workforce in the future.
