On August 18, 2021, Mavin Group officially operated the HiStaff Human Resource Management Software System - a modern, focused, future-oriented human resource solution.

The project of digitizing human resource management with HiStaff (implemented since April 5, 2021) is one of the key projects in the digital transformation program of Mavin Group of the period 2019 - 2023 with a vision to build Mavin becomes the most innovative digital enterprise in the agricultural sector in Vietnam.
Digitizing human resources with HiStaff solution is expected to help Mavin:
• Build HR Core Foundation for all employees;
• Employee FACING processes by digital self service;
• Employee ENABLING processes via HR digital processes
• Standardize Master Data and HR processes
• Labor and cost saving for removing manual works.
• Improve transparency, disciplinary and integrity
HiStaff is a total human resource management software solution that has been developed by Tinhvan Consulting since 2004. With more than 16 years of implementation in the market, HiStaff has been accompanying more than 200 leading enterprises in many different fields and industries, contributing to helping businesses managing more than 300,000 employees overall.
The HiStaff implementation project that has been implemented in Mavin for more than 130 days puts great pressure on the progress and quality of the members of the Project team, especially in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic causing obstacles in terms of interaction and communication due to strict social distancing implementation. However, with the efforts and determination and solidarity of the Mavin team and the dedicated companion of Tinhvan Consulting, HiStaff has been officially put into operation from 8:00 am on August 18, 2021 , laying the foundation for the digitization of Mavin's human and human resources work.
Digital transformation with HiStaff is a project that plays an important role in the digital transformation roadmap of Mavin Group, which is expected to promote the connection of Mavin people, creating a revolutionary change in the way performed for Mavin's human resources and management.
Besides, Mavin is also drastically digitizing production industries with the implementation of ERP enterprise resource management system, Porcitec pig farm production management software, E-learning software, E-Office... towards the digitization of the Group's entire operations by 2023.
