Mavin Signs MOU with BTEC FPT and Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam

Hanoi, June 3, 2025 – Mavin Group participated in the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BTEC FPT and Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam, held as part of the Career Week 2025 program themed “Global Citizen: Shaping the Future with Professionals.

This marks an important milestone in the cooperation between Mavin and the vocational education sector, aiming to develop high-quality human resources and align training programs with real-world business needs. Among the more than 26 enterprises participating in the ceremony, Mavin Group was one of only four outstanding companies invited to speak, affirming its proactive and committed role in supporting vocational education and the development of young talent.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. David John Whitehead – Chairman of the Board of Mavin Group – stated: “We are truly impressed by the proactiveness, confidence, and serious learning spirit of FPT students. Their sharp questions, bold ideas, and professional attitude are what truly set them apart. Through this MOU, Mavin officially commits to creating real opportunities for BTEC FPT and Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam students to intern, gain practical experience, and develop their careers – where what is learned in the classroom can be transformed into real-world application.”

Following his remarks, the Chairman of Mavin and representatives from the two educational institutions officially signed the Memorandum of Understanding, affirming a long-term commitment between the enterprise and the schools. The parties committed to working together in various practical areas such as training, recruitment, internships, and career communication. Mavin will welcome students from BTEC FPT and Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam to intern at its factories, farms, and offices, while also creating favorable conditions for them to experience real working environments, accumulate professional skills, and gradually integrate into corporate culture. In addition, Mavin will prioritize the recruitment of graduates with excellent academic and internship results, co-organize soft skills and short-term professional training programs, accompany the schools in annual career events, and support career-oriented communications for students.

The cooperation agreement is expected to bring long-term benefits to both the schools and the enterprise, while opening up more learning and career development opportunities for the younger generation. Previously, Mavin had already partnered with Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam in the Marketing Warrior competition, acting as co-organizer and member of the judging panel. The company also supported student factory tours, provided insights into its Pets Choice pet food brand, and shared practical information to help students refine their competition ideas. The competition was not only an academic playground, but also a bridge connecting businesses with Generation Z – a promising creative force in both the marketing and pet industries.

Mavin participated in the 2025 Marketing Warrior competition hosted by MPV as a co-organizer and judge.
