The project is expected to play a key role in building a smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable supply chain, in line with Mavin’s integrated value chain model “From Farm to Table.”

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Mavin Group, with hundreds of suppliers of raw materials, equipment, and services nationwide, Mavin faces an urgent need to standardize, automate, and bring transparency to its supplier management and interaction processes. This digitalization project will help create a centralized database to support the evaluation and selection of suitable suppliers based on criteria such as product quality, pricing, supply capacity, reputation, flexibility, and after-sales service.

The entire process—from screening, evaluation, quotation, negotiation, ordering, payment to performance assessment—will be digitalized and integrated into a unified platform.

Mr. Tuan emphasized that although this is a relatively small project among dozens of digital initiatives being implemented across the Group, it holds great significance in elevating Mavin’s agricultural supply chain management:

“Digitalizing supplier data is a crucial step toward end-to-end supply chain digital transformation. This project is part of Mavin’s sustainable development roadmap and will enhance our ability to adapt to the volatility of the global agricultural market.”

The project involves the full participation of procurement teams across Mavin’s key business sectors: Feed, Farm, Vet, and Food. It will be implemented over a period of more than two months, with the official go-live scheduled for July 2025.
