FPT BTEC and MPV Students Visit Mavin’s Integrated Production System

On May 10, 2025, Mavin Group welcomed a delegation of students from FPT BTEC and Melbourne Polytechnic Vietnam (MPV) for a practical field visit to its integrated production facilities in Hung Yen and Ha Nam. The delegation included 35 students accompanied by lecturers and school administrators.

Experiencing the Mavin MAC & MA2 Animal Feed Factories

The visit began at the Mavin MAC & MA2 factories in Hung Yen, where livestock, poultry, aquaculture, and pet food products are produced. Here, students had the opportunity to observe first-hand the modern, closed-loop production processes that meet international standards. The Pet’s Choice product line—with its premium positioning and standout packaging—drew particular interest from the participating “marketing warriors.”

The students also engaged in discussions with factory management regarding the company’s development strategies, talent needs, and human resource orientation for the future. The school’s representatives expressed their appreciation and presented a commemorative gift to Mavin, reaffirming the growing partnership between MPV and the Group.

Visit to Mavin Foods Processing Plant
In the afternoon, the delegation continued to the Mavin Foods factory located in Dong Van II Industrial Zone, Ha Nam. Students were introduced to the plant’s operations and core products such as sausages, smoked meats, and pâté—items that recently earned prestigious awards at the IFFA DFV 2025 in Germany.

A key highlight was the open exchange session with Mr. Nguyen Tuan Diep, Director of Mavin Foods, during which he praised the students’ proactiveness, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn.

“We are always ready to accompany passionate young talents. These exchanges are opportunities for us to share industry realities, gain new perspectives, and identify future potential within the next generation,” Mr. Diep affirmed.

Strengthening Strategic Partnerships in Education and Talent Development
This visit was part of the broader strategic cooperation agreement between Mavin and partner institutions, focusing on training and recruitment. The goal is to provide students with early career orientation and practical exposure to a professional, international-standard working environment—contributing to the development of high-quality human resources for Vietnam’s modern agriculture and food sectors.
