Opening of the Training Program on Interviewing and Teaching Skills

Hanoi, October 22, 2025 – Mavin Group officially launched the training program “Interviewing Skills and Teaching Skills”, aiming to equip its staff with essential competencies in recruitment and training, thereby fostering the development of a high-quality workforce to meet the Group’s growth objectives.

The program was held both onsite at Mavin’s Hanoi office and online across the system, with the participation of over 60 learners.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Executive Vice President of Mavin Group – emphasized that people are always at the heart of Mavin’s sustainable development strategy. He affirmed that investing in training and capacity building is not only a key task but also a long-term commitment of Mavin. “Each participant should actively absorb knowledge, share experiences, and apply what they learn to their daily work – to not only improve themselves but also spread the spirit of learning throughout the organization,” Mr. Tuan shared.

The training program includes two key modules:

Interviewing Skills: Enhancing the ability to assess, ask insightful questions, and identify candidate potential during recruitment.

Teaching Skills: Focusing on lesson design, presentation techniques, classroom interaction, and inspiration in internal training sessions.

Through the course, participants not only gain practical skills but also have opportunities to exchange knowledge and build a network of learning across the Group.

The “Interviewing and Teaching Skills” program plays an important role in Mavin’s human resource development strategy — building a capable, confident, and forward-thinking next generation of leaders. Mavin believes that each participant will become a knowledge ambassador, contributing to enhancing human resource quality and operational effectiveness across the system.

This investment in training once again affirms Mavin’s strong commitment to developing people – the key factor for sustainable growth.
