As part of the Industry–Student Networking Conference, Mavin introduced its professional working environment, corporate culture, internship programmes, training opportunities, and career prospects for newly graduated students. Representatives of the Group also shared information about career development pathways within the Mavin ecosystem, helping students gain a clearer understanding of industry expectations and enabling them to better prepare for future employment through focused learning and skills development.

Notably, Mavin’s recruitment booth at the Career Fair attracted considerable interest from students. Participants received direct consultation on recruitment needs, available positions, internship programmes, and career development opportunities in livestock farming, veterinary medicine, and high-tech agriculture. The activity not only enabled students to gain closer exposure to real-world working environments but also supported Mavin in identifying, connecting with, and developing a pipeline of promising young talent to support its long-term growth strategy.

Tay Nguyen University is one of the leading universities in the Central Highlands region, with strong academic programmes in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, and Agriculture. Each year, the University trains hundreds of students in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, providing a stable source of qualified talent aligned with Mavin’s development strategy across the Central and Central Highlands regions of Vietnam.

Through its engagement with Tay Nguyen University, Mavin aims to help bridge the gap between academic training and practical production, creating more opportunities for students to experience a professional, modern, and growth-oriented working environment. This commitment also reflects Mavin’s broader strategy of partnering with educational institutions to develop high-quality human resources, promote technological innovation, and contribute to a modern, efficient, and sustainable Vietnamese agricultural sector.
