Mavin Enhances Workforce Quality and Optimizes Animal Feed Production Technology

To enhance workforce quality and optimize animal feed production technology, Mavin Group organized an intensive training program on real-world operations and production technology.

The program took place on March 24-25, 2025, at Mavin Austfeed Hung Yen (MAC) Factory, combining theoretical training and hands-on practice. Guided by experts from Buhler, the training attracted over 60 personnel from five Mavin factories, including operators, maintenance staff, production managers, and relevant departments.

This training focused on two key aspects: theoretical knowledge and real-world operational practice. The theoretical session was conducted at Ba Dinh Meeting Room within MAC Factory, with 40 participants attending in person. To ensure that all factories benefited from the program, an online session via Zoom was made available for 20 additional personnel from other Mavin facilities. After the theory sessions, participants engaged in hands-on training at the MAC Factory’s machinery clusters, enhancing their operational skills and troubleshooting abilities.

The training was led by Buhler experts, a key technology partner of Mavin. With experienced engineers, participants gained insights into cutting-edge production technologies and had the opportunity for direct exchanges with experts to address real-world production challenges.

The event saw over 60 employees from Mavin’s factories taking part, including 40 on-site participants at MAC, mainly from production, maintenance, operations, and management teams. Additionally, 10 staff members from related departments, such as quality control (QC), warehousing, and factory management, attended as observers to gain further insights. The remaining 20 participants joined remotely from other factory locations.

With a continuous commitment to workforce development, Mavin considers training as a key strategy for sustainable growth. This program not only helped employees enhance their skills and stay updated with the latest technologies but also optimized production efficiency, reduced waste, and improved product quality. This initiative marked a significant step toward enhancing the operational capabilities of Mavin’s animal feed factories, reinforcing the company’s leading position in the industry.
