5th Future Leaders Development Program: A Solid Foundation for Managers

On the morning of April 14, 2025, in Hanoi, Mavin Group held the Opening Ceremony of the 5th Management Trainee Program, with the participation of 28 key staff members from its subsidiaries across the system.

Equipping Future Managers with Modern Leadership Thinking:
The program aims to provide trainees with the core awareness and mindset required of a manager while updating modern and practical management knowledge and tools relevant to the real business environment. Specifically, the course focuses on topics such as:

  • Understanding the roles and responsibilities of a manager.
  • Building and implementing effective plans.
  • Improving internal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Developing leadership skills, motivation techniques, and team engagement to boost performance.

As part of the program, participants will complete a group graduation project in which they select and solve a real challenge from their own workplace—issues that are negatively affecting operations—and propose a detailed solution plan to present before a review committee.

A Meaningful and Inspirational Opening Ceremony:
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Deputy CEO of Mavin Group – emphasized the importance of developing a pipeline of future leaders to meet the Group’s growing needs with numerous new projects and subsidiaries requiring management personnel. “Over the past years, our talent development programs have made practical contributions to strengthening Mavin’s human resources. Therefore, with the Group's strong growth momentum, the leadership team has decided to relaunch this program to build a strong foundation for our key personnel, equipping them with the knowledge and readiness to take on greater responsibilities in the future.”

Following the speech, Mr. Bui Đo Manh – Director of Onesmart Academy – expressed his pride in having accompanied Mavin from the first to the fifth intake: “I am proud to witness the growth of many participants from previous cohorts, who are now holding management positions within Mavin. This proves the program’s practical value. Onesmart is committed to supporting not only during these five days of training, but also in each participant’s long-term professional journey.”

 

On behalf of the trainees, Mr. Chu Manh Cuong (from Mavin Feed) shared his heartfelt thoughts and determination: “I feel honored and deeply moved to be selected for this program. Although there’s some nervousness and pressure, it also fuels my motivation to learn, grow, and strengthen my leadership. Thank you to the leadership for this valuable opportunity.”
