The conference brought together the Boards of Directors of member companies, plant management teams, branch managers, and high-tech farm managers nationwide. The sessions were chaired by the Group’s Board of Directors, along with representatives from the Headquarters’ Divisions and Departments.

In the first half of 2025, Mavin recorded positive results, meeting multiple key targets and achieving encouraging milestones across operations. Specialized sessions for Feed, PigFarm, and Vet provided a comprehensive overview of each sector, while identifying solutions to further improve operational efficiency.

Recognizing these achievements, CEO Dao Manh Luong commended the dedication of all employees in the first half of the year. He also shared key upcoming plans requiring unity, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing, such as expanding Mavin’s footprint in Cambodia, revamping the R&D system, rapidly scaling high-tech farms, investing in new feed mills in strategic regions, adopting renewable energy, and implementing green and automated production models.
