In the second quarter of 2025, Mavin Feed factories across the country rolled out a series of specialized training sessions and simulation programs focused on occupational safety and emergency response in production operations. First Aid and Occupational Safety Training in Binh Dinh

On May 29, 2025, Mavin Austfeed Binh Dinh Factory coordinated with the Center for Disease Control of Binh Dinh Province to organize a training course on occupational hygiene and first aid for all operational and maintenance staff at the factory. The course focused on identifying potential hazards in the workplace, handling emergencies, practicing basic first aid techniques, and preventing occupational accidents.

On June 18, 2025, Mavin Austfeed Nghe An Factory, in collaboration with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Nghe An Province, conducted a fire prevention and rescue drill (FP&R) for 2025. The drill included full participation from all factory employees, the in-house fire response team, and professional firefighting equipment.

The program covered both theoretical and practical components, including regulations and basic FP&R knowledge, along with simulated fire and rescue scenarios such as extinguishing fires, rescuing trapped individuals, and administering first aid. These activities helped enhance the factory’s on-site team’s ability to respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring safety for both people and property.

Safety in Maintenance and Product Traceability at Hung Yen Factory

On June 20, 2025, Mavin Austfeed Hung Yen Factory organized a specialized training session on product traceability and safety in equipment maintenance. The program aimed to disseminate current regulations and procedures regarding the traceability of raw materials and finished products, while also providing guidance on safe maintenance practices for key machinery within the factory.
