From 14/12/2022 – 04/01/2023, Mavin Feed organized a series of Customer Conferences with the theme "Customer-Centricity".
The conferences are organized according to Mavin's Business Units (BU) nationwide including: Mavin Feed Hung Yen, Mavin Feed Nghe An, Mavin Feed Binh Dinh and Mavin Feed Dong Thap. Attendees included Mavin's high sales volume customers, loyal customers and potential customers, totally 1,000 nationwide.
At the conference, Mavin organized product display areas to show the supply chain "From Farm to Table", giving customers the opportunity to experience more about products in the closed chain of Mavin Group such as: veterinary medicine products of Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Mekovet), processed food products under the Mavin Foods brand, breeding operations of Mavin Pigfarm and Mavin Duckfarm.

Mavin Feed's managers also shared about market trends, customer-oriented policies, and future customer development. In particular, during the program, customers had the opportunity to openly discuss and share issues about products, services, technical support with senior management and experts of Mavin Group.
Feed industry representatives share with customers about future development plans
This is the largest customer conference of the Feed industry after a long period of agribusiness and animal husbandry affected by epidemics and difficulties due to the unstable situation of the world economy. However, according to Mr. David John Whitehead, Chairman of Mavin Group, "Although the epidemic and difficulties caused by economic instability make it difficult for us to organize customer conferences of this scale to meet and listen to customers' opinions in a centralized way, but over the past years, our sales team has always worked hard, well-observed with you, absorbing and acknowledging your feedback to constantly improve the quality of products and services to better meet the needs of customers".
Mavin's chairman also affirmed that customers are at the heart of all Mavin Group business strategies. He shared that Mavin is entering a new stage of development, aiming to become one of the leading Agrifood Business groups in Vietnam. In the coming time, there will be many new policies, projects and development orientations to pave the way for breakthrough developments in the future. In order to realize those development strategies, Mavin needs the companionship, support and encouragement of customers, which will be a great motivation for Mavin to move forward constantly.
