Mavin transitions to adapt quickly to the new situation

From 30th September to 3rd October 2022, senior managers of Mavin Group attended a series of conferences with the theme "Mavin transforms to adapt quickly to the new situation". 


More than 60 senior managers of Mavin including the Board of Directors of member companies, directors and heads of departments at the Head Office attended the following sessions:

 

1) Business Conference;

2) Seminar "Effective Leadership and Management" by Assoc. Prof. Dang Ngoc Thuy (National Economics University);

3) Seminar "Assessment of Vietnam's economic prospects" by Assoc. Prof. Pham The Anh (National Economics University);

Mavin Group has experienced nearly 20 years of establishment and development, so far has become 1 of the strong agricultural groups in Vietnam. Facing the fluctuations of the economy due to the impact of the epidemic in recent years, the trend of digitization and globalization, especially the participation of IFC as a strategic partner from 2022 requires each Mavin person to change to adapt to the new situation, meet the group's development needs.

 

At the conference, representatives of industries and some head office departments shared about the difficult challenges of their divisions and action plans in 2023 to adapt with the change of the whole Group. In addition, senior managers also had access to some updated views in the world on Effective Leadership and Management, clarifying the difference between Leadership and Management, models that motivate and inspire employees... 


Some analysis of the development prospects of the world economy and Vietnam has also helped senior managers have more overview of the macro economy, serving the planning and executive management at the unit. These contents were presented by leading experts and speakers in Vietnam in economics, human resources and corporate governance, including Associate Professor. Dr. Dang Ngoc Tu, Associate Professor. Dr. Pham The Anh (National Economics University).


At the conference, Mr Dao Manh Luong, CEO of Mavin Group emphasized "Customer satisfaction" in Mavin's development strategy in the coming time. Accordingly, Mavin's future mission is to "serve customers and bring the best value to them", thereby spreading value to many people and to the whole society. To do this, each Mavin officer needs to have a holistic mindset and a phased action plan, change quickly and adapt quickly, stimulate creativity and improve initiative in work.
