From 4th to 7th October 2022, at Mavin Group Head Office (Hanoi), sales managers of Mavin Feed attended a Soft Skills Training Program.

Mr. Dao Manh Hoa, Deputy General Director of Mavin Group, said that the effects of the Covid-19 epidemic and the unstable situation of geopolitics in the world have made Vietnam's animal feed market have changed a lot, becoming the game of big companies. The change and growth of the Mavin Group, especially with the companionship of IFC strategic partners, also requires each employee, especially the Sales team, to change the way of doing things more professionally, to meet the group's changes.
This is the first time Mavin Group has organized a large-scale training program with the participation of all sales managers of the Feed industry. The program is also an important content in developing skills for the sales team – the frontline force, contributing to helping Mavin Group achieve breakthrough growth in the coming time.
Ms. Nguyen Nhat Hang, Deputy Director of OneSmart Academy, said that the course cannot help salesmen increase their sales target right away, but through modules such as sales skills, team management, change management ... Trainers from OneSmart will help each staff re-system knowledge, equip more skills to handle situations, overcome difficulties and challenges to be more confident, thereby achieving goals and being more successful at work.

According to the Mavin Learning and Development Department, following the soft skills training program of the Feed industry, in the coming time, Mavin will continue to organize training for the business team of the Farm – Food – Vet industries, creating a foundation for Mavin's change in the future.
