Currently, the Covid-19 epidemic is becoming more and more stressful and complicated in Vietnam, requiring individuals and organizations to raise their awareness of disease prevention. Joining hands with the Government and the community, Mavin Group has been closely and strictly applying measures to improve epidemic prevention and control, ensuring dual goal of: effective disease prevention & business continuity and development.
In addition to strictly complying with the regulations and guidelines for epidemic prevention and control, Mavin also continuously reviews and updates plans to ensure flexible and timely reaction according to disease developments. Scenarios when F0, F1...occure are also built to proactively provide timely response plans.
With the determination to ensure a safe working environment without disrupting operations, Mavin has implemented "three on the spot" (3T: eat + sleep + work at the factory) work arrangement at a number of factories in epidemic areas.

At points of contact with partners and customers, Mavin has established strict control procedures, arranging a safe zone to limit direct contact (drivers are required to sitting in the car 100% of the time). For production units, besides applying "3 on-site" for workers, we also limit contact between staff who stay at the factory and those who work in rotation.
Mavin also pays special attention to employees while implementing the "3-on-the-spot" solution to share and motivate them. A number of after-hours entertainment activities for employees staying at the factory such as: physical training and sports, growing vegetables, art, etc. are also planned and organized to improve spiritual life , adding strength and solidarity for workers.
Mavin also coordinated with the CDC in localities to conduct Covid-19 screening tests, PCR tests for staff to perform "3 on-site". Up to now, testing for Mavin's factories has ensured that 100% of employees have negative results for Covid-19, ensuring health and disease safety.

At the working offices, medical and health care equipment such as masks, antiseptic solutions, saline mouthwash, C tablets, ... are fully equipped and encouraging staff to use regularly, at the same time must strictly follow the 5K message to ensure a safe working environment.

To ensure business continuity, 4.0 technology solutions are widely used by Mavin in production and business activities, added to that is the application of online platforms in conferences, seminars, and training activities (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meeting, ...).
To enhance the communication about Covid-19, in addition to the 5K message that is widely disseminated in the system, Mavin also regularly updates information and solutions to prevent Covid-19 so that employees can properly understand the disease , help them confident, take proper measures to protect themseves.
