Leadership training course 2019

On 5&6 January 2019, at the Head Office of Mavin Group took place the training course of “Improving management and job assignment skills”  with the participation of the entire management team of Mavin nationwide of all business: Farm - Feed - Food - Vet - Mavinex.

The training course focused on important topics for managers such as: distinguishing management and leadership functions; how to be an excellent manager; how to train and empower employees; how to make decision. Through the training program, Mavin's managers have accessed to new and effective methods of human resource management to improve staff capacity, thereby supporting decision-making and taking action.

Sharing his thought at the training course, Mr. Dao Manh Luong, CEO of Mavin Group, expressed his wish to Mavin's managers to improve the culture of learning, thereby creating an example for employees, building Mavin to be a continuous learning group.
