On 27 of September, 2018, Mavin Group has officially put into operation GP pig breeding farm in Hau Giang, address: Highway 61, no. 126, Vi Thang commune, Vi Thuy district, Hau Giang province. The farm’s total area is 3 hectares, and has a capacity of 200 sows, 100 boars and 3,000 gilts to fulfill the need of high quality breed and sperm, and improving the sows quality for local area.
Also within the same day, Hau Giang Breeding Center has received the first batch of pig: 20 boars and 130 sows. The Center will plan to go into stable production by the end of 2018 and will further strengthen the business of Mavin Group in Southern Vietnam, supporting customers with the need of high quality pig breed.
Breeding pigs are supplied by Hung Viet Nucleus breeding center (Hung Yen)
In the Southern provinces, Mavin Group has been successfully operating Mavin Austfeed Dong Thap Feedmill (Cai Tau Ha Industrial Park, Chau Thanh, Dong Thap) from May 2018. Recently, Mavin has also opened Mavin Austfeed Dong Nai Warehouse in Dau Giay, Dong Nai, fulfilling the need of Southeast customers. Hau Giang Breeding Farm will further strengthen the supplying capacity of Mavin’s supply chain in Southern provinces, providing customers with highest quality of breed and feeds for the most effective and efficient in husbandry.
