On May 20, 2023, new employees and new interns of Mavin visited some feedmills and food factory to experience and learn about Mavin - the environment where they are going to bond and develop.
During the tour, the delegation directly observed the operation process of feedmills with modern technology and automation from mixing raw materials to packaging finished products.
New employees and interns were especially impressed when they arrived at MA2 Factory, where they were introduced to the modern aquaculture bran production process as well as entered Mavin's Incubator, learn about Mavin's hatching process and poultry care.
At the end of the program, the delegation came to Mavin Foods Processing Factory, not only witnessed with their own eyes a modern, clean food production line that met food safety standards but also enjoyed some products. Clean sausage products from Mavin's source.
Although the early summer weather is somewhat hot, it does not reduce the enthusiasm of the tour group with the desire to learn more about the activities of Mavin Group. The knowledge that each one gained after the tour helps them increase their pride and excitement for a new journey at Mavin Group.
