On 26/04/2023, in Hanoi, Mavin Group held a ceremony to announce the official operation of MyMavin application – internal software for Mavin employees.
MyMavin software is an important content in the 1st 5-year digital transformation program (2019 – 2023) of Mavin Group, helping to digitize Mavin's people, and also carrying the mission of connecting employees, spreading Mavin's corporate culture. With MyMavin, it can be said that Mavin is one of the pioneers in the field of agriculture to build applications to help employees interact with businesses.

The main functions on MyMavin 1.0 include:
- Update the latest operational news of the Group, new announcements and policies to employees;
- Reward and discipline: allow superiors to acknowledge the efforts of subordinates and reprimand when necessary;
- Suggestions/Support Requests: connection channel between employees and leaders and colleagues in the system, allowing employees to express their aspirations, helping superiors to listen and receive opinions from employees;
- Community: Mavin's social network, which connects workers with colleagues across the Mavin system;
After 170 days of implementing the project, Mavin and its partner FPT IS have built a strong internal software with many features, which more than 2,000 Mavin employees responded to and eagerly installed on mobile phones to experience and appreciate useful features for work.
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Mavin Group, Mavin currently has more than 2,000 employees, working in Offices, Factories and Farms spread across the country, so there is a need for a channel for all employees, anytime, anywhere, with just a mobile phone, you can freely express your views, share opinions, be listened to, and interact with the Group. That is why Mavin has developed MyMavin software, an internal software for connecting Mavin employees anytime, anywhere, to inspire the pride of employees and build a growing Mavin family.

The MyMavin Project Board also said that MyMavin will continue to be developed with more features in the future to better serve the work of Mavin people, for example, with versions like Mavin 2.0 will be added features such as goal management, task management, electronic approval, E-Learning system connection, innovative innovation corner... MyMavin aims to be developed into a platform, a single gateway that connects all applications for Mavin workers on mobile phones.
MyMavin is a complete milestone in the process of digitizing the working environment of Mavin's employees, following the software deployed by Mavin such as HiStaff human resource management software, E-learning training management software,... These software have been helping to improve the experience of Mavin employees, helping to increase work efficiency and especially helping to complete the journey of connecting Mavin employees with the Group.
