Mavin organise Summer Trip for staffs
Mavin has organized Summer Holiday trip for employees and their family members in Sam Son, Thanh Hoa from 2/7 to 4/7/2017.
The trip received the participation of nearly 600 people, which include all Mavin staffs and their families. This is an event mean to encourage the working spirit of all Mavin staffs, especially in the situation that the business is struggling due to pork price has dramatically reduced and show no sign of recovery, so that the staffs can have time to relax and enjoy after 6 hard working months. All the participated staffs had expressed their surprise and appreciation to the decision of organizing the Summer trip of Mavin Management Board. They also understand and share the feelings with Mavin Management Board. The trip has shown how the Management Board care about the staffs, as well as putting their trust and hope on the staffs’ shoulder, that the power of an united Mavin will conquer all challenges and targets on the road of 2017 business year.
On behalf of the Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Viet Ky – Sales Director of Mavin thanks the contribution of all Mavin staffs for the first 6 months of 2017 and also thanks their family of being great spiritual and solid backups, helping all the staffs to contribute for Mavin’s greater development. “I am sure that with solid backup from the staffs’ families and the guidance of Mavin Management Board, Mavin will overcome all obstacles and challenges to conquer new achievements” said Mr. Ky.
The highlight of the trip was the Summer Gala Dinner on July 3rd evening with many performances and interesting activities. Activities like Treasure Hunt, Pass the ball…. Have lots of participants. Especially in the Team Building – Team spirit activity, 8 participated teams had chosen 8 funny and interesting names, similar to the energetic and innovative culture of Mavin: “Quality 1st – Stress relief; Sam Son – Easy come, not easy go; Nuclear – Destructive Power; Rooster – Leaping July; Don’t care – Just do it; Mavin Farm: Pig Rescue; Sea Pig – Strong; healthy, beautiful; Growth – Money”. Although each team has their own name, their own slogan but in the end all still aim toward the Corporation’s motto: “Together Sustainable Develop the Agriculture of Vietnam”.
All Mavin staffs have enjoyed a meaningful, relaxing and full of fun trip. All are ready for a new journey toward new business goal and challenges in the rest of 2017, for Mavin’s greater development.
