Training Negotiation Skills and Change Management to the Foods' Sales team

From 03 - 05/04/2023, in Hanoi, Mavin Group will organize a training program "Negotiation and change management skills" for the the Foods' sales team (Mavin Foods).

 

According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Mavin Group, in the coming time, the Group will focus and strongly develop the Food segment and is currently investing methodically in both strategy and personnel. "The world is constantly changing, requiring each of us to always refresh ourselves, always update our knowledge to continuously improve our skills, promote our strengths, thereby achieving the best results at work", said Deputy General Director at the Opening Ceremony. 

This is the first time there is a professional training program on sales skills for Foods officials, so the Deputy General Director asked Foods officials to make efforts to acquire knowledge during 3 training days to apply effectively in practice, contributing to improving food business results.

The training program "Negotiation skills and business change management" forMavin Food aims to help each Foods staff change their mindset and improve sales skills including 2 parts: Improve negotiation skills of sales staff and Change management skills to adapt to market fluctuations.
