Mavin Group: Career Path for Sustainable Development

After the successful implementation of the Career Path Project at the headquarters, today on May 9, 2024, the Learning and Development (L&D) Department continues to organize a communication session to launch the development of career paths at subsidiary units of the Group.

The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director of the Group, representing the Leadership Committee of the Feed industry and HR personnel from Mavin's subsidiary companies, both in person and online via Zoom.

The Deputy General Director emphasized the importance of the Career Path Project in creating structured and clear career paths for employees upon joining the Group. Additionally, it aims to develop comprehensive job descriptions for all positions to stabilize personnel and tailor training programs to meet the specific requirements of each position.


The project is expected to last for 5 months, consisting of a total of 7 phases.

To ensure the project's success and serve the sustainable development of the Group, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan requested HR personnel from participating units to focus on researching and developing implementation plans according to the schedule. They are also responsible for communicating the project to all employees within their respective units.
