Mavin’s tilapia are raised at Hoa Binh Fishery Farm (Village Dung, Hien Luong Commune, Da Bac District, Hoa Binh Province) in a clean water environment, with a strict nutrition process of Mavin Group, fish meat is chewy and delicious. "The difference of Mavin Song Da Hoa Binh tilapia compared to tilapia cultured in traditional mud ponds is that the fish is thick, firm, delicious and has no mud smell", Mr. Ngo Phu Thoa - Managing Director of Mavin Fish confirmed.
Mr. Thoa also said that every day Mavin is selling 5-7 tons of tilapia, trying to change the concept of consuming clean and delicious tilapia, joining hands with Hoa Binh province to promote the aquatic industry to become the kitchen of Hanoi city.
