On 14/1/2021, at Mekong My Tho Hotel - Tien Giang, Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Joint Stock Company (Mekovet) solemnly held the 30th Anniversary and received the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam.
The ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Pham Van Dong - Director of Veterinary Department MARD, Mr. Tong Xuan Chinh - Deputy Director of Department of Livestock Production MARD, Mr. Nguyen Van Man - Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tien Giang Province. Nearly 100 loyal customers and more than 100 employees of MKV also joined the Company in this great event.
Mr. Dao Manh Luong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mekovet, on behalf of more than 100 employees of the Company, summarized 30 years of establishment and development of Mekovet.
Thanks to the dedication to the country's Veterinary Medicine Industry, on 3/12/2020, Cai Lay Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Joint Stock Company received Decision No. 4890/QD-BNN-TCCB of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, recognizing outstanding achievements in the field of Veterinary Medicine, contributing to the development of Agriculture, Farmers, Rural.
Also in the program, Mekovet met and thanked the employees who have been with the Company since the very first days. Ms. Le Thi Thuy - Head of Quality Assurance Department, on behalf of the loyal employees of Mekovet expressed her gratitude: “From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank the Board of Directors for building the brand of Cai Lay. The starting point of Cai Lay Veterinary Medicine Company is Cai Lay Animal Husbandry Company which was established in 1990 on the basis of merging the Veterinary Center of Cai Lay District and the Union of Animal Husbandry in Cai Lay District (Tien Giang). After the merger, the Company equitized, in 2008 officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange under the brand name MEKOVET - trading code MKV. In 2013, MEKOVET made a historic decision to be a strategic partnership of Austfeed Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Mavin Group). With the support of Austfeed Vietnam, 1 year later, the Company put into operation the Veterinary medicine factory according to WHO - GMP standards of the World Health Organization, including 4 fully automatic production lines with a total value of over 100 billion VND. The scale of production and market has been continuously expanded for 30 years of operation.
