On April 5, 2021, in Tien Giang - Cai Lay Veterinary Medicine Joint Stock Company (Mekovet) officially go live Enterprise Resource Management System SAP S / 4HANA.
With a vision to improve production and business efficiency, raise the position in the Veterinary Medicine market, Mekovet has officially kicked off the ERP SAP S / 4HANA Imlementation Project from November 23, 2020. After 133 days of concentration and drastic effort, Mekovet successfully go live the system at 7:30 AM on April 5, 2021, marking the transformation of the business.
Mekovet is the third division of Mavin Group to be digitized with the application of the most advanced corporate resource management system, ERP SAP S / 4HANA (earlier are Feed and Foods division) to:
• Improve professional skills to approach international standards;
• Increase cooperation and coordination among departments;
• Standardize performance, transparent, accurate and timely information;
• Improve the efficiency of production and business;
• Have digitalization standards that bring benefits to customers.

According to Mr. Dao Manh Luong, CEO of Mavin Group, Chairman of Mekovet, the project had started in the outbreak and spread of Covid-19 epidemic, leading to difficulties for staff in Tien Giang province to receive training and guidance directly from Mavin’s ERP team and consulting partners in Hanoi, most of the was remote and online meeting. However, with tireless efforts, overcoming themselves of all members of the Project Team, Mekovet has go live the ERP system on schedule and meet the expected quality.
