Mr. Lau Quoc Doanh - Worker microelements pouring worker at Mavin Austfeed Hung Yen Factory (MAC), is one of the cases supported by the Mavin Group Charity Fund since its establishment in 2019. Mr. Doanh is the breadwinner in the family, raising his elderly parents, wife and 2 young children, including a child with hyperactivity since childhood who often has to go to the hospital for treatment, Mr. Doanh himself has a disease that requires long-term treatment.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan is a maintenance worker of MAC Factory, currently raising his 4 kids, his wife works as an unstable income farmer. The youngest grandson Nguyen Ba Bao Chau at the end of 2022 unfortunately suffered burns that required treatment with a large cost of skin graft surgery. The burden of raising his family and the cost of treatment and surgery of his young children rests on Mr. Tuan.
In difficult cases such as Mr. Doanh, Mr. Tuan, the Charity Fund has a policy to support the cost for medicines and treatment of 1 million VND/month, in order to share the financial burden for them, showing the spirit of mutual love and attention of the Collective for the unlucky cadres. In addition, with Bao Chau's skin graft surgery, the Fund also supported Mr. Tuan's family with 5 million VND to help him alleviate the immediate difficulties.

Mr. Hoang Van Thai is a new member of the Mavin system, he is the Construction Supervisor working at Mavin Anh Son Project (Nghe An). Thai's son, Hoang Van Binh, has been paralyzed since childhood, and is still in the care of his parents. Mr. Thai as the main source of income of the family, his home is quite far from Anh Son Project but still goes home every day to take care of his family. Understanding the difficult circumstances of the staff and to encourage the spirit of staff to be more enthusiastic about the work, with the Mavin system, the Charity Fund also has a policy to support the families of cadres by 1 million VND/month to take care of Binh.
