On 02/03/2023, in Hanoi, Mavin Group cooperated with OneSmart Academy to organize the First Communication Crisis Management Training Course.
Participating in the training course were more than 40 managers of Mavin Pigfarm and some leaders of mavin group units. The training course is accompanied by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thanh, a leading expert on PR Communication and Corporate Culture in Vietnam.

Mavin's production and business activities and businesses in general always have the potential to lead to a crisis at any time, it is necessary that each employee is aware of those risks, has a calm attitude and is prepared with the necessary skills when a crisis occurs.
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of the Group: "The communication crisis management training program aims to help Mavin officers, especially Pigfarm, identify crisis issues, response steps, how to coordinate with relevant departments, and especially have the best preparation for possible crisis situations."
More than 40 participants had an interesting and rewarding learning day, with a lot of new knowledge and skills on crisis management, they also participated in analyzing, dissecting real-life situations and discussing to come up with response solutions after being guided by the Instructor on principles and steps to handle a crisis.
