On 21 April 2019, Mavin Group sponsored and directly recruited at the Career Day 2019 of Vietnam University of Agriculture.
The Career Day is an annual event of Vietnam University of Agriculture (VNUA) to create conditions for graduates to quickly have stable jobs, fit with their training background. In 2019, this event attracted more than 70 businesses, bringing nearly 4,000 job opportunities for graduate students of VNUA. Mavin registered to recruit 170 positions, arranged display booths to introduce products and services of all Farm - Feed - Vet - Food industries.

Mr. David John Whitehead, Chairman of Mavin Group on behalf of all enterprises delivered speech and cut the opening ribbon of the event. Chairman of Mavin shared: “Mavin Group is very pleased to accompany VNUA through many years of Career Day. This is a very meaningful collaboration with Mavin. For Mavin, VNUA’s students are high quality human resource, not only because of the expertise suitable for Mavin's business but also very well meeting the requirements of the job ”.

The Career Day was also held in parallel with the seminar "Linking higher education institutions with enterprises to develop high-quality agricultural human resources" with the participation of many government managers, representatives of universities and businesses ... Mavin’s Chairman participated as a speaker in the Seminar on the topic "Solutions to improve the quality of training: Mechanisms, policies and business connections" chaired by the Ministry of Education and Training. Sharing about cooperation between Mavin and educational institutions, Mr. David said: “In 15 years of operation of Mavin Group, we have been associated with many universities, colleges and vocational schools all over the country especially in agriculture field. These links have brought a lot of benefits to Mavin in both human resource and scientific research”.
