At 6:00 am November 4, 2019, Mavin Group officially go live the SAP S/4HANA ERP software for the Feed industry (Mavin Feed).

All 5 factories have completed the download of data, issued production orders at 8:00 am and successfully completed the first orders on SAP software. At 11:00 am on the same day, 5 factories held a meeting to recognize the status of ERP implementation with the participation all ERP users nationwide.
Attending the meeting at Hung Yen Factory (MAC), CEO of Mavin Group Dao Manh Luong officially announced the implementation of ERP SAP S/4HANA software to the Feed industry, and he also acknowledged the effort of Mavin Feed to go-live successfully ERP after 199 days of implementation.
“I would like to thank all the Project members who have overcome many difficulties, including industry difficulties, job difficulties and personal difficulties to successfully grasp ERP. I believe this is a great experience for all of us, not only with Mavin but also with our partner Deloitte. I also acknowledge the efforts of all factories, despite many challenges such as the compatibility of infrastructure, equipment, added the impact of the storm No. 12 to the central areas few days ago. Running ERP is a great thing for Mavin and also very meaningful for Vietnam agriculture. ERP will help change our thinking with the world's most advanced management software” He also emphasized that Go-live ERP is a very first step for Mavin's digitalization development, which is the foundation for Mavin's competition in the market.

Mavin CEO also emphasized that ERP for Feed industry is the foundation to deploy for Mavin's next industries such as food, veterinary medicine, aquaculture and livestock. He also expects that ERP users of Mavin Feed will be important nuclei and values to spread the working spirit to other industries of Mavin Group.
Speaking at the meeting, representing Deloitte Consulting Group, Mr. Ta Thanh Hung said, Go-live is only the starting stage of ERP, there will be many things to do in the future. Deloitte also appreciated Mavin's solidarity and affirmed that this is a successful project to date.
At the end of the Golive meeting, all ERP members of the factories together took a souvenir photo with the Go-live ERP icon, marking a favorable and successful start for the journey of Digitization of Mavin Group.
