On November 30, 2021, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) cooperated with VietnamNet Newspaper to announce the VNR500 Ranking - Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam in 2021. In which, Mavin Group continue to appear in this prestigious Ranking. This is the 7th year in a row that Mavin ranks in the TOP of the largest enterprises in Vietnam.
In 2021, the Covid-19 pandemic developed complicatedly, greatly affecting all aspects of socio-economic life in our country. Many supply chains were disrupted, standing broken. A series of businesses faced difficulties and suffered heavy losses. Despite facing many difficulties, Mavin has strictly applied epidemic prevention and control solutions, endeavored to maintain production and business activities, and promptly supported the needs of customers across the country.
Thanks to flexible and synchronous solutions in Covid prevention, it has contributed to keeping the Mavin stable for more than 2 months during the peak of the epidemic. Mavin not only maintains and increases production, but also continuously offers initiatives and improvements to adapt to market changes and promptly meet the demand for livestock products and safe food during the epidemic season.
In particular, digitalization is a bright spot in Mavin's activities in 2021 with the project of implementing ERP Enterprise Resource Management System for the Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry industries. Especially, as one of the first enterprises to deploy SAP ERP for the Livestock industry, Mavin has been making a splash in the market when operating the system. In addition, Mavin has also digitized human resource work with the implementation of HiStaff Human Resource Management System and E-learning online training system.
The VNR500 ranking has entered its 15th year on the way to finding, recognizing and honoring the worthy achievements of large-scale enterprises, maintaining efficient and stable production and business activities. In particular, businesses have shown resilience and are the locomotive of the economy during a challenging period due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. In which, Vietnam Report's ranking is mainly based on total revenue and other business performance evaluation criteria (total assets, total number of employees, growth rate, profit, prestige) to assess the current state of the overall strength of the business.
