Mavin Shares Career Advice with New Veterinary Students

On October 5 and 9, 2024, in Hanoi, Mavin Group participated in the welcoming ceremony for 700 new students of the 69th class of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA). During the event, Mavin representatives provided guidance and advice on career orientation to help new students shape their academic paths at VNUA.
The program was attended by a large number of faculty members from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, who warmly and energetically welcomed both the new students and Mavin Group. 

In the presentation, new students were introduced to Mavin Group and its closed value chain "From Farm to Table," highlighting the company's 20-year journey in sustainable agricultural development in Vietnam.

A key highlight of the seminar was the insights shared by Mavin representatives, helping students understand career development opportunities in agriculture amidst trends in digitalization, high technology application, and sustainable organic agriculture. According to Mr. Phạm Ngọc Khỏe, Director of Mavin Group’s Sow Breeding Division: “The job opportunities for students from the Agricultural University are incredibly broad. With the rise of large enterprises, the trend towards a closed supply chain is leading to an increasing demand for highly qualified personnel in the livestock industry.” Mr. Khoe also noted that Mavin Group hires hundreds of employees annually in the pig farming sector..

Mavin emphasizes that the livestock industry is receiving investment in both technology and human resources, gradually becoming an important field where employees are highly valued and offered numerous growth and advancement opportunities. In fact, many senior managers at Mavin Group are graduates of the Vietnam National University of Agriculture.
