On 12st February 2022, Mavin Group held the Opening Ceremony of the 1st Primary Pig Breeding Program.

The course was held at Hung Viet Nuclear Swine Breeding Center (Hung Yen). Students are trained in such modules as: Orientation, Soft Skill, IT, Professionalism (Theory & Practice), Management Practice. The course is expected to provide a source of skilled, high-quality technical workers for Mavin Pigfarm's production.
Trainers of Course 1 includes experienced staff who are in charge of relating departments in Mavin Group. The trainees are livestock engineers who have just joined Mavin system and are in need of basic training before embarking on actual work.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony of Course 1, Mr. Pham Cao Bang, Director of Mavin Pigfarm shared that this is a pioneering training program, organized onsite to provide high-quality human resources for Pigfarm and Mavin Group. Mr. Bang suggested that the trainees and lecturers of course 1 should teach well, study well, and give their best efforts for the training time. "I hope that the trainees, after this training course, will take many steps forward in their career development journey, be able to take on more complex jobs, ready to be in charge of higher positions in the future," said Mr. Bang.
Course 1 of Primary pig breeding program is part of the preparation for the establishment of Mavin Training Center (MTC). Mr. Do Vo Anh Khoa - Director of Animal Health Management, said that the continuous growth of Mavin Group has been placing urgent requirements on a large number of quality and professional human resources. That is also the mission of Mavin Training Center, to meet the demand for human resources and ensure quality and quantity, first for Mavin Pigfarm and in the future for Mavin Group, contributing quality human resources for the society as a whole.
