On 29/09/2020, at Tay Nguyen University (Buon Ma Thuot, Daklak) - Mavin Group and Tay Nguyen University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Comprehensive Cooperation in Training and Recruitment. Attending the event are the School’s Managers, more than 200 students from the Faculty of Animal Science & Animal Health, and staff of Mavin Farm.
According to MOU, Mavin and Tay Nguyen University will promote the strengths of each other to support training and practical skills for students during their internship at Mavin’s farms.
Specifically, Mavin will receive and arrange working and living conditions for students attending the internship program, as well as creating conditions for students to access data to complete the graduation project. Mavin also provide primary medical care for students in case of illness, paying 100% of the student's food and living expenses during the internship. There will be a bonus over productivity to outstanding students according to the Company's remuneration regulation,... Students of the internship program will be given the priority to recruitment after graduation.
Delivering his speech, Mr. Tran Trung Dung, Vice Rector of Tay Nguyen University highly appreciated the comprehensive cooperation between the University and Mavin. He said that the cooperation is not only meaningful for students of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry - Veterinary Medicine but also meaningful to all students of the University in their career development, helping them not only access job opportunities in Mavin Group but also master practical knowledge of animal husbandry – veterinary.
On this occasion, Mavin Farm also gave scholarships of 10 million VND to some students with excellent achievements and poor students of Tay Nguyen University.
