On October 28, 2024, at Hall A of Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Mavin Group attended the "2023-2024 Academic Year Closing Ceremony and Scholarship Awards" for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
The Mavin Group representative awarded scholarships worth VND 30 million to underprivileged students who have overcome difficulties.
At the event, Mavin's representative personally presented these scholarships to the students. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Tran Anh Dao, on behalf of the scholarship recipients, expressed gratitude for Mavin's commitment to supporting students and its efforts to develop high-quality human resources in the veterinary field.
Over the years, Mavin has granted hundreds of scholarships to underprivileged students with strong academic performance at VNUA, demonstrating Mavin's support for young talents and its empathy for their challenges. This is not just financial support but also a significant source of motivation, encouraging students to stay determined in their studies and personal development.
In addition to scholarship support, Mavin Group and the University signed a strategic cooperation agreement in 2020, opening many doors for students through internship and employment opportunities within the Mavin network. Specifically, Mavin covers 100% of food and living expenses for student interns, offers performance bonuses, and prioritizes employment for these interns, including positions in locations close to their families. Over the past five years, Mavin has attracted and recruited hundreds of VNUA students as interns and employees.
To further equip students with the necessary skills, Mavin regularly collaborates in organizing career counselling sessions, keeping students updated on the current labour market demands. These sessions not only provide students with insight into potential careers but also help them shape their professional goals post-graduation, contributing to a skilled workforce capable of meeting the needs of the veterinary and livestock industries.
Mavin’s partnership with VNUA reflects the Group's commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility.
Through this cooperation, Mavin aims to create abundant opportunities for students, support talent development, and contribute to a sustainable future for Vietnam's veterinary and livestock sectors.
