On November 20, 2023, in Hanoi, Mavin Group launched a training course for the development and enhancement of knowledge for core officers. The training program includes 32 core officers from Classes 1, 2, 3, as well as personnel participating in Mavin Group's Mentor-Mentee Program, with the aim of refining and developing management skills for the officers.
In his directive speech at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy CEO of the Group, mentioned that after the recent training courses for human resources officers, the HR department and the Learning and Development (L&D) Department have compiled feedback from units across the entire system. As a result, they decided to organize a training course to further develop and enhance the knowledge of human resources officers, supplementing them with essential skills such as presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
The Deputy CEO emphasized that the Group would prioritize resources to develop its human capital, training a competent team of officers to meet the needs of the Group's major projects. He also urged the participants, carefully selected for the training program, to dedicate time and effort to their studies, aiming to become core elements that fulfill the Group's developmental requirements.
The training program will take place over five days, from November 20 to November 25, 2023. At the conclusion of the training course, on November 25, 2023, the 32 participants will deliver presentations to defend their training outcomes before the Evaluation Council.
On the occasion of Vietnamese Teacher's Day on November 20, Deputy CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan also sent fresh flower bouquets along with the best wishes to the instructors of the training program and the entire staff of the OneSmart Academy, a partner collaborating with Mavin in the program.
