In 2019, the program started with the ERP project implemented for the animal feed industry, from 2020 will be applied to food, animal health, animal husbandry and human resource management respectively. ERP system will contribute to improve accuracy and help Mavin executive team make quick decisions by accessing real-time production data at anytime and anywhere. Thanks to ERP, all of Mavin's business operations will ensure time and budget accuracy, ensuring the best quality.
In 2019, Mavin will also perform digitization of ordering systems, documents, internal training process and especially as the first and only company in Asia to apply smart-farming technology in the pig industry, "Mavin will be the first and only company in Asia to bring pig breeding data to the cloud.
