On 16th August 2022, in Hanoi, Mavin Group held a Business Conference with representatives of Lincoln University (United Kingdom).
Lincoln University (University of Lincoln) was officially inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth II in 1996, by 2020 has been ranked at 17/121 best universities in the UK. Currently, the school is training more than 16,000 students from more than 100 countries around the world. Lincoln University's teaching quality is awarded Gold in the Training Quality Framework (TEF). According to the latest report, more than 50% of Lincoln's research is rated world-leading or globally excellent.
During the Workshop, experts from Lincoln University and Mavin's management together discussed the topic of Welfare policies to encourage employees to stay long-term with companies in the UK, through the sharing of Ms. Siobhan Goggin and Dr. David Gray (Faculty of Accounting, Finance and Business) and recommendations for Vietnamese businesses in general and Mavin Group in particular.

Previously, Mavin Group and Lincoln University have signed a cooperation agreement to accompany and support each other in training and improving the quality of Mavin's human resources. In the working program with Mavin, Lincoln experts have visited Mavin's factories and share knowledge of finance and business with Mavin staff from the UK perspective.
