"Mavin received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations."

On April 19, 2024, Mavin Group was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations for outstanding achievements during the 2022-2023 period and contributions to the development of the Association.

Mavin Group is one of the leading companies in the Agriculture and Food sector in Vietnam, operating a closed-loop value chain from farm to table. Since its establishment in Vietnam in 2004, Mavin has invested $100 million with total assets of over $250 million, operating nationwide with 5 animal feed factories, 1 veterinary medicine factory, 1 food processing plant, and nearly 100 livestock farms. Mavin is also one of the top 500 largest companies in Vietnam with over 2,000 employees across its entire system.

The 2022-2023 period presented challenges for the Vietnamese livestock industry due to the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic and the complex developments of African Swine Fever. However, large enterprises like Mavin have proven resilient, adapting to adversity and continuing to thrive, nurturing a sustainable future. Mavin is also at the forefront of implementing Environmental and Social (E&S) policies and applying circular economic models.

As an active member of the Vietnam Livestock Association, Mavin aims to contribute its knowledge and experience to the sustainable development of the Vietnamese livestock industry. Through the Association, Mavin hopes to disseminate new livestock farming models using modern technologies to improve productivity and reduce production costs.

Currently, Mavin Group is investing in building large-scale livestock farm models, applying circular economy principles and advanced technology in provinces such as Nghe An, Gia Lai, and Dong Thap. In 2023, Mavin organized field trips for members of the Vietnam Livestock Association to these farms, receiving high praise for its production technology and innovative thinking. This has helped spread new production models, environmentally friendly technologies, and sustainable thinking.

Dr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Chairman of the Vietnam Livestock Association, highly appreciates Mavin Group's contributions to the Vietnamese livestock industry. He shared, "Mavin is a multi-sectoral enterprise in the livestock sector in Vietnam, operating according to a closed-loop model. With the spirit of 'The Association chooses Mavin - Mavin chooses the Association,' both sides will collaborate for mutual development. The Association, along with industry associations, will always stand by the enterprises, including Mavin, to support their development."

The working delegation from the Vietnam Livestock Association visited Mavin's factories and farms.
